I am a co-ordinator for the EEF-funded Maximising the Impact of Teaching Assistants project. I also deliver the MITA school improvement course for school leaders and Maximising the Practice of TAs training for school staff. As a Senior Teaching Fellow, I lecture at the IOE, UCL on the NASENCo course across a variety of topics.

I have worked with LAs across the UK to deliver SEND training and have advised on a number of national SEND projects. I hold a Masters degree in Pedagogy: Professional Values and Practice, and have a Postgraduate Certificate in Advanced Dyslexia teaching.
