Richard has an extensive background in HR, employment law and consulting. Having originally graduated in law, he obtained a Masters degree specialising in law and employee relations, prior to being awarded membership of CIPD. Preceding joining EPM, Richard led the HR functions of a MAT and led the creation of an HR function for a large independent group of schools. Richard’s prior experience in the sector includes decades of leadership in business services and HR consultancy. He is particularly skilled at consultancy delivery, business and team leadership, strategy and business development. His experience in employment law is widely recognised and he has a track record of media appearances as an HR/Employment law expert.
