Tracey Clare-Gray was appointed Principal at Foxes Academy in 2015. Guided by her leadership the U.K.’s only hospitality and catering training hotel for young adults with learning difficulties has achieved its third consecutive ‘Outstanding’ Ofsted and become the TES Overall and the Specialist Provider of 2018.
After teaching humanities at Dartford Grammar, and then Prince William School, Northamptonshire, Tracey spent four years at the International Lycee in Ferney-Voltaire. Her last post before Foxes was director of studies at Altwood School in Maidenhead.
Foxes’ teaching is geared to a key outcome from day one – employment. Tracey’s passion to change lives, giving students the skills, knowledge and confidence to successfully shape their own futures is testament to this success.
