When is the deadline to order my my exhibitor badges?+
You must order your badges 2 weeks before the show date. If you miss the deadline, you have not received your badges or you have lost/misplaced them you can collect them onsite from 2pm during build-up or from 8am on the show morning.
How many passes do I have? +
You will be able to see how many passes have been allocated to you when you click to register your badges for the show in the exhibitor zone – this differs according to which package and stand size you have.
Where can I order a data scanner and where do I collect it from onsite? +
These can be collected onsite within the exhibitors lounge from 2pm on build-up day or from 8am on the morning of the show. If you would like to purchase a data scanner, please contact the Operations Team.
I am a shell scheme exhibitor, can I arrive before 2pm on build-up?+
No, if you are a shell scheme stand please do not arrive any earlier than 2pm on the day prior to the show as your stand will NOT be ready.
Do I need to wear a HiVis jacket onsite?+
Yes, if you forget to bring HiVis then you can collect a jacket from a member of security on entry.
I am only bringing a couple of things for my stand; can I arrive on show open morning to set up my stand? +
We recommend you to take advantage of the extra time and set up on the day before the show (build up) to ensure that your stand is ready for show open. You can arrive on the show morning from 8am but please note that you will only have 1 hour until the show opens.

Please do ensure that deliveries/collections are only made within your tenancy hours (14:00-20:00hrs) so that the recipient is on site to receive. The venue does not sign or accept deliveries on an event / individual’s behalf. Any deliveries / collections outside of your tenancy period need to be arranged and charged for by GES (on-site storage supplier).
Will there be any accessible storage for exhibitors during the show?+
Unfortunately we do not supply any exhibitor storage but we are more than happy for you to use our onsite storage supplier, GES. You can find their contact details on the order form tab in the Exhibitors Zone. There will be a cost for this service.
Is there a cloakroom at the show?+
Yes there will be a cloakroom which will be located on the boulevard.
Is there free WiFi available at the venue?+
Free Wi-Fi is available across the ExCeL. This free service is suitable for very basic internet requirements only. The wireless network is not secure, and not supported. If you are highly relying on a strong internet connection then we do recommend to order additional internet, please see the order forms tab for more information.
Can I leave my boxes to be collected until the following day after the show?+
It is the exhibitor’s responsibility to remove all stand materials, packaging and waste from the hall. Any items not removed by 20.00hrs on the show day, will be removed and disposed of and the removal charge will be passed onto the exhibitor.
Can I bring my colleagues?+
With so much on offer, we recommend registering your whole team so you are able to spread out and benefit from all the sessions relevant to your role.
Will there be free parking?+
No, parking at the venue can be paid for direct to the venue and we recommend booking a parking space ahead of the show days.
